Total land area of about 8 Bigha (5.3 ha)

A state-of the art monosex tilapia hatchery capable to produce 1-3 million monosex tilapia fry per month.

Tanks - used for nursing and conditioning, of tilapia fry, Golden Sahar and carp fish breeding and hatchling nursing.

Ponds - 34 fish ponds of different sizes ranging from 200 m2 up to 7,000 m2.

Restaurant - situated on top of an island in a large fish grow-out pond. The restaurant has fish spa, angling, fish spa and barbeque facilities.

Guest house - a total of 6 rooms with single and double beds and with or without air conditioning, which can accommodate 10-12 persons.

Meeting / conference hall - with the capacity of accommodating over 50-100 participants.

Others - the farm is located or surrounded by indigenous communities called as Tharu ethnic group which has unique culture, customs, cuisine and clothes.
